I'm just kind of getting tired of mays micromanaging.Just tired of them constantly telling me They don't have any miles. And don't get me started on the fuel program either that's a joke

Like to find a company that treat you like family not liking a number that's a big thing I am looking for. I'm also looking for some company that's That has consistent miles also looking to get away from reefer freight.

You might be better off with a local company then. I work for a small 20 truck fleet. The dispatchers know me be name. The route is consistent miles. The trucks are halfway decent for neutered freight shakers.

    Try these two sites.
They both list many companies in every state.
The second one lists by state and city.
You will need to find you state and or city.

They say Wisconsin, as that is where I am located, they are not strictly Wisconsin sites.

    Trucking Companies - Wisconsin

Green bay, Wisconsin Trucking Companies - Transport Freight Shipping Service Companies

WS can sorta be family-ish, but not like working for a small carrier. It can take time for the dispatchers to know you, but it can happen if you interact with them.

I think the miles at WS are fairly consistent. There's times that suck, tho.

As for reefers, we have a few. I think they're used mostly to haul plants. No idea who at WS does that though, but it wouldn't be you! :)

At WS, u have the opportunity to go unknown, or interact with dispatch and be known, myself I choose to be known.. lol not that it matters now that I sold my soul to a dedicated route lol. But I do love it so far
