my buddy has a cobra 19 bone stock radio but we just installed a rm italy kl 35 linear, he can get out 10 miles easily but cant hear someone unless he is about a 1/4 mile away with the amp on, without it on he can hear about 8 miles with a 48" firestik....obviously its gotta be the amp but anone know why?
