And yet every time I go through an OC I see drivers wandering around in their Flip flos/crocs and pajamas.

Yet I get yelled at for wearing my running shoes inside for 3 seconds to use the bathroom.

 

which is kinda funny since Tom the safety guy was wearing running shoes when he gave his speech during last orientation day when I was in Indy. He walks the yard, shouldnt he be wearing the required footwear too?

 

The 28th just don't seem to wanna come, it probably didn't I help I quit smoking so time distortion is hard core right now

 

So if all goes according to plan I hope to become a regional tanker out of Pittsburgh, what's the oc like down there, and does anyone know what starting wage is for tanker, I'm not too concerned cause ill be using my post 9/11 bill for ojt , just curious what to look forward too and are the flat top century's the only tractors the bulk side has ?

 

yea, I am pretty sure the flat top centuries are all they use in the tanker division.

As far as the OC in Pittsburgh......I wasn't even aware there is one there???? LOL

 

Keep in mind it takes a long time for that OJT payment to start coming in. Also don't worry about what the OC's are like IMO just stay away from them. I only use the OC when I'm routed to one for relay or running late and need that guaranteed parking spot like cutting threw GA late at night. The food is expensive and it's not very good the showers are ok but we get free ones anyway with our points.

 

The oc in Pittsburgh is right off 79, I think its the nevual island exit, why do u avoid the oc's are they gossip ring or something

 

The VA people said 1 month +\- a few days, part of it depends on how fast Schneider moves and the other part is the VA, since I'm using the post 9/11 bill I'm guessing a bit longer (relatively new system)
