Yeah, after being confronted, the bad guys disappeared (or in your words "were missing)..

I apologize for not making that more clear..

I also wonder why, somebody ALWAYS finds the need to twist an attempt to relate positive information, into something negative.

    Shakin my head..:biggrin_25513:

Glad to see someone Willing to get involved--good for u warning the other driver--2 many unwilling to bark up-- as for scams way too many over the years to even get started--LOL
But honestly best advice is to just wave em off and stay in the truck--chances are if u saw 2 they had 2 more close by & i no everybody is a tough guy but the odds start to get real long when it's 2 or more on one
    Just sayin

On topic, beware of the Pilot truck stop in Memphis Tn. I had a spare tire stolen off my truck last month (during day in poring rain). I know a driver who was held at knife point and robbed at this same truck stop. And another driver who bought a "digital camera" only to find out it was actually a brick inside the box.

Anyone that stops in the Memphis/West Memphis area (especially @ night) gets what they deserve. It has always been a horrid place and a haven for criminal activity.

Jaguar, I commend you for standing up and warning that other driver and stopping what ever was about to happen. I have heard of drivers sitting in their truck or asleep in their truck, when they feel the trailer start shaking or they hear a noise behind the trailer. They get out to go check on the trailer, and that is when they get robbed. I just want to say "Thank you" for helping out another driver.
