I'll take some of that 70+ weather. It's supposed to be down in single digits tomorrow with windchills hitting -20. Not looking forward to cleaning out my truck in that.

 

I fished all weekend. In my shorts. Just sayin.

 

I've mostly just sat around the house for the past week sleeping until noon every day and enjoying the time off.

 

I'm on hometime, watched the Niners kick ###. Just finished eating baby backs, slow cooked over wood. IPA ale and 114 proof Old Granddad. Back in the truck tomorrow with a run to Utah. Life could be worse.

 

I just got up.... Been off duty for 16.5 hours, in an hour I get to drive 128 miles south to unload in Orange CA at 0200 and Brea CA (11 miles from previous stop) at 0500. Then I've got a preassignment for a live load that goes to Tracy CA. Been a while since I've had a 400+ mile run .

I'm hoping I can start getting some decent miles before my next home time. I just spent close to $3k buying and decking out an AR15 and probably will be picking up a second one with 1000 round of ammo for $1500 when I get home. Not to mention I'm moving into a new place with a couple buddies.

 

Cold enough to freeze my mnt dew hanging on the mirror but not cold enough to idle. Love SNI

I found out that my CB runs over 100 watts. It's causing interference in my XM radio until I mic up.

Truckload of Busch Platinum from Fort Collins, CO to Lexington, KY. 20 degrees last night, never above 32 the entire trip. Never able to idle either night...
