My wife heard the same rumor as well with Stevens. Good luck with Swift - most large carriers treat their drivers like crap. If you can stick it out with the carrier for at least a year (or whatever your contract with the driving school states), then you should have a real good chance of going anywhere you want. Fortunately, my wife will not be joining any of those carriers but running with me 3-4 weeks every 3 months (week at a time, not all together)!

I called the MTC out of Park Hills today and talked to my recruiter and she said that she does not know anything about that. Also that the north school and the south school dont communicate a whole lot. I also called the recruiter I have been talking to for Stevens and got his vmail. I left him a message to call me back. So I am still waiting.

I had trouble backing as well. We were in a rotation to do each exercise. You might get four tries a day if there was a lot of demand for a particular exercise. I feel her pain.

One of the guys on nights taught me atta boy for offset and parallel parking turn the wheel away from where you want to be, split the landing gear, then back towards until you are straight. Back till you are lined up then towards again to split the gear, away until straight and should be in? Atta the boy part wouldn't work for her so much!
