I lumber tarped with frozen junk tarps and 8" of overhang on the front and the back of the trailer in 6 degrees today, then tommorow I take it to scranton, unload, and reload another full tarped high load out of the same place back to pittsburgh...

my biggest complaint is no ladders or tarping station, fat guys cant climb!

no doubt man, we don't have enough stepdeck freight to buy conestogas for, they keep buying them for the flats though so maybe in a few years ill find my way into one.

our biggest customer is a trim board manufacturer and most of it ships to the north east, kind of similar to Azek trim, it's like a fake wood.

Is it a colored plastic to look like wood? If so the reason contractors like it is because if you bang it and put a dent or cut in it then it doesn't show it that easy, because its the same all the way through it. Also at end to end fits or 45 angle cuts they match up color wise. ie. no paint or stain needed. Way faster to install.
