Not really sure what you are asking there Bigeye...
From what I could understand though, yes there is a tuner from Illinois Dyno Center. Smooths out the idle, ups power (especially low down), lowers egt's, etc.
I, as well as a few others, run them with success.
I have had mine since brand new in June 2005. EGR blocked off years ago, HG's replaced under warranty with the new design.
Get someone that has a brain and some minor training with them, and truck it up.
Been good to me overall, and the MPG makes up for a lack of HP IMHO.

What turbo n brake do you have

There is only one turbo brake.
There are 2 styles of engine brake though. exhaust brake and turbo brake.
The exhaust brake is the cheaper version. The turbo brake is more efficient from my reading. I know my turbo brake can hold me back at @100k lbs down a long grade OK, when geared right and the engine fan is turned on manually.
