Hometime. Hauled a load from SLC to Elko, NV. picked it up off of a LW. Bills said load was at 46k and change, Scaled it at 80580. Had to go back to the terminal and drain out 60 gals of fuel in order to get in under wt. so that when I hit the scale at Wendover I would be under. Lo and behold scale was closed. lol

 

Unless it's a guaranteed under 40,000lbs, I won't take a load off of a LW. There's too much chance they'll have something loaded up on the nose that'll put me overweight on the drives. Have you noticed those nit-wits at the ivory tower have decided that it's time to keep us out of the 4th and 5th holes since Michigan decided to enforce that minumum 6th-hole bridge law?
