I have a coleman that I paid 65 for. I like it ok just wish it was a little bigger but it keeps things nice and cold but don't expect it to freeze anything, and it plugs into 12 volt or 110

i think the coleman is the best in that price range. of course there are ones more in the $500 and up range that are superior, but for the price you are talking about, imo definitely coleman.

I had one of those. Still do,, just dont use it. It worked great. People I know that had them said the fans burn out in them easily tho--real cheap stuff...but just buy yourself a nice fan that you would put in a computer, slap that puppy in, and it will work again.

It just all depends on how much room you have, how much room you want to lose, and if it will fit, be it a cooler or a refrigerator.

Husband bought the larger igloo plug-in cooler 12 volt, it is a little bit more than the smaller one which I think was around 120. something. So far it is cold he says, he put his fresh carrots on the top shelf and they froze. He has it on the end of the bed right now.

He has had the coleman's before, the first one he put a larger fan on when it went out, the second one didn't last long when it quit. It was great when it was running good.

In his other truck he had a refrigerator that came from Home Depot, he had his inverter in it to run it. He has changed companies and has not had time to pick it up, and the truck he has now does not have room in it at the moment unless the passenger seat is taken out.

You'll enjoy having the ability to buy different things that are healthier.

He also has a APU on the truck he is in now. He bought a small crockpot from Walmart too till he can collect his other stuff. He has a small looks like a panini looking grill that (in storage) that he bought at a Salvation Army store for $3.00, he really loves it.

Even a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is good for you.

Yeah, mine still has the original fan in it. My buddy has had to replace the fan in two of his coolers lol

Buying the fridge is much cheaper than 3 or 4 dollars a day every day for a standard cooler.
