50 car pileup Plainfield, IN

That's a mess, my buddy lives in Terre Haute and got there just in time for his hometime.

 

It was snowing, blowing, with fog, and it made it hard to see anything. There was patches out by me that froze over very quickly. I was on my way to take my husband to the eye doctor when heard over the radio of the pile up. At 2:30pm they said it would be 8 hours or more before they get the highway cleaned up and back open. I am just hoping and praying that everyone came out of the accident with minor injuries.

I did have to chuckle though when I saw that giant elephants were on the lose west of the accident. How ironic to see an elephant in the middle of the highway. http://fox59.com/2013/01/31/update-...ide-of-road-west-of-i-70-crash/#axzz2JbSjL99H

 

http://www.wishtv.com/dpp/video/video-chopper-8-flies-over-i-70-pileup didn't show the elephants as far as I could see., but it did say they unloaded and then reloaded them. Guess it was easier to get the truck back on the hiway empty.
Still sounds funny..... to say/see elephants on I70.....

Ok seriously?" Really?? WHY?? SLOW THE #### DOWN!!! Pay attention--Amazin what goes on this days! This kinda crap happens way to much anymore and sorry there Ain't no EXCUSE FOR IT--whole #### world in 2 big a hurry nowadays--and note to newbys your Checks WILL go down this time o year it is part of the job--it is WINTER The Weather will win--accept it take ur time and PARK IF NECESSARY--$$$all averages out--wages in trucking should b looked at quarterly and yearly not daily or weekly--

Elephants on the freeway?

NAH...I see it all the time.....but they're usually driving or being driven....man those cars lean to one side after a while!!!!

 

If I saw an elephant in a snowstorm,I'd think it was time to pull over and get some sleep.

 

Does that include "pink elephants"?
