    When working the 7/ON - 7/OFF Express Lane for Schneider, do you get paid for the 7/OFF?

    no, it is only a part time position. At least that is my understanding. Why would they pay you to be at home for 7 days?

    I am not aware of any trucking job that pays you to be "off".
