drug testing for truckers in canada?
and what about pilots who are in the same boat, or have been messin with dope, whether legal (self medicating, lying etc) or illegal

If I didn't know better (honestly I don't) I would think that you have no problem with people operating under the influence...
-
i would think a country that doesn't have mandatory testing has much of an issue with people operating under the influence,
what's up with canadians? -
SO you think there should be no testing, let me guess "invasion of privacy"
-
i have no probs being tested personally, let's test docs and cops too
-
no i'm asking why isn't testing mandatory in canada?
that means to me it might as well be the wild west compared to usa -
There are in certain segments of the industry. ANY Canadian driver that loads or unloads and international freight or crosses an international border MUST be enrolled in a drug testing consortium, just like their American brothers. Lots of drivers that don't do any of the above also must be drug tested if they work in the oil patch as the majority of the oil companies require it.

I like the idea of telling people they don't do drug tests, it's all a scam to scare people.
Abrams Thanks this. -
