I recently got my B service done at rush truck center in mobile Alabama, I have an 08 Pete 387 with Cummins isx450. Once I got on the road, my oil pressure gauge has been going crazy, it'll run fine for a few hours at the right range, then drops to 0 psi then maxes out then back to 0. Headed to shop tomorrow, was just curious if anyone has had this issue and k ow of a fix. Hoping to save some $$$ thanks

Its probably the oil sensor..

yes, after a while it will start derating your motor, leaking pressure sencer, they showed me where it was leaking through the sencer to short out the wireing, it didn't shut down the motor at first but the longer it happened, started to derate the motor after it would swing back down to zero, in not very handy places i might add

prob oil pressure sensor, my century does that same thing also does it depending on outside air temp. I read something also about atmospheric pressure sensor cause that too look into it man!
