Personally, I would go with WEL, because they are primarily reefer, but also do dry loads and have LTL.

I got my CDL last may and started with Wel in June. I have been solo since July and have logged almost 80k miles. I find the company very good in terms of how they handle things. It def is a big boy company and they will dispatch you, you pick up and deliver when they ask. If you have a problem in between, call them. They don't call you every 5 min. You can drive when and how you like, as long as legal and on time, and they are down to earth. If you have a problem or issue, they prefer you communicate and they have always made changes or met me in the middle depending on the situation. I could run NE regional but I prefer OTR to see the country and run hard. Hope this helps and lt me know what questions you have. I will try and be more in the forums since I have an iPad now.

In DePere they have a mix. KW, Pete and Freightliners. The L/O's I dealt with at WEL were running Pete 386's. CAT power. That was almost 5 years ago though.
