FFE is Anti-Military!!!

So what's wrong with her saying you won't need that?She did'nt say it disrespectful did she?.It was'nt any bother for her at all.She like every other american has the greatest respect for you men and women protecting our country.Like a poster said,you had better get some thick skin otherwise you won't last in trucking.

 

I know exactly how you feel. I brought extra paperwork to my job interview also. They were not interested in seeing my 7th grade report card.

 

ok see that's what I asked if she said it disrespectful or not.In that case I can see why your're upset.Voice tone tells alot about the person.She could have been just having a bad day.You'll find out in trucking,you're going to meet alot of ppl at your company that are'nt exactly friendly and it's not about you,ppl just have more bad days then good and tend to take it out on whoever is there at the time.

Ditto, but you don't throw yourself on someone like that. Just because it's important to you doesn't mean it has to go into your file. My dogs are important to me. I don't write a story about them on my application and request she put a picture of them in my file.

You are getting upset over her attitude but you did make a strange request that caught her off guard. She is the one that controls the interview, not you. Like Patti said she could of been having a bad day. It's being overplayed. Get you a job because you know how to drive.

It wouldn't bother me one bit if you told me my CDL meant nothing to you.

I don't think you are getting it? There is a time and place for everything. You are looking for some kind of recognition or you wouldn't of done what you've done. That's kind of selfish thinking.

a lot of stores will accept the Military ID.. Just ask. They don't advertise.

 

I was in the military just like millions of other Americans. I am proud of my service just like you but it doesn't make me special.

 

he made it through boot camp, prolly gettting yelled at during drills and such......but cant even make it through a job interview without getting upset?. no offense, but sir, you need to stay FAR FAR AWAY from the trucking industry. Its one of the meanest, dirtyest business there are outside of the mob. only the strong survive in this jungle. I want to thank for your service weather it was in peace time or war time though. it does mean something to more than you'd think.

 

I got one more bathroom to do the last one everything was bought at lowes and I got a nice discount. Except those new water efficient toilets they suck.
