Talk about a horrible shipper, I have seen people that were there for over a day getting loaded, why? they only have one product! They post on the window that the loads are 46,875lbs, but I have had them as heavy as 52K. I have now been there six time IN A ROW and have yet to get a legal trailer. Lucky I know the back way north so I can get them to where a daycab can pick them up, which usually works. But I had one so heavy that the daycab was overweight on the St George scales!! It got so bad that the DOT had portables set up basically in their driveway... when will these people learn?

All the other nestle water locations in the area laugh at how bad the trlrs are loaded out of this location, yet nestle doesn't do anything to make the situation better. My company had 7 loads out of there the last time I was there and 4 of them were illegal, either overweight or over axle weight.

Yes I know I'm part of the problem because I continue to run their loads, but they are going home loads for me and yes I know that is a weak excuse.

Yeah we all get it, you gotta do what you gotta do. However, I have one question, was the rate good enough to run over the limit and risk penalties? Hey if the pay is good enough I would consider it. Why? I have payroll to meet every Friday, butI also don't work for free so $1.00/mile at 45++++ no way.... Are we talking $2.00/mile +++?

Aren't most liquid companies you know beer soda and so forth doing the same thing trailers are overweight or loaded funky and the people doing the loading have no clue as to how to load a trailer or what the rules are regarding weight ?

It's amazing that shippers will still take on the liability of overloading trucks...
