If you have a smart phone, you can easily look at what I did on it. Or you can do it on Google maps on your computer. Its from street view.

 

SC was where our driver had the same thing happen.
It was dismissed in court after he talked to them and the judge.

 

I'd have pulled the effing brakes and called the cops to give me a route to my del. Done it before. If they want to write me a ticket for a 4 wheelers impatience (probably talking or texting BTW) they can come and make my turn safe.

 

Of course fight it just go in to court and be ready to pay the additional court costs-?if u lose --Now on a much more important note--understand--it is ur hubbies fault--yes the other driver is a #######--BUT it is up to u as a driver to b very aware of what is going on around u--yes that is a tight turn--But u must learn to CONTROL the situation--I not only would have been in the wrong lane I prolly would have been way over the double yellow although my trailer tandems would never have been more than a car length from the curb--you cannot get between my wagon and a curb when im making a rite turn without being on the sidewalk!! Not trying to be a ########--I've been doing this a very very long time-)must of made 10 corners like that today making drops in Atlanta-my point is no matter what the outcome Learn the lesson and understand how to avoid it EVER happening again! MBM like any other foodservice company constantly goes to places to service customers that is tuff 4 a box truck its part of the job--good luck
