Their CL add says 1000 per week, I'd like someone to come on here and verify that after the transition takes place. I just find that hard to believe. Gipper keep in mind PA also has an oil boom if you don't mind the cold. Frac Tech Services (based out of TX) has a large operation in PA and hires new drivers for their fracking/cementing crews. TX and ND aren't the only things going on the world of oil right now, it's been quite an adjustment for me up here, I'm a Florida native so to drive the hills and the snow for the first time has been overwhelming at times.

I can verify it for you. I would say realistically you will gross more than $1000 a week 85% of the time.
Notice I said gross that much. Net will depend on your tax situation and insurance purchased through the company.
I run out of their Atlanta terminal. This year only 2 checks that not make that and it was cuz I had requested time off. The rest were 1200 to 1300 each week. -
Good to know on the PA info. Will check it out.
As for Dillon I see their drivers daily at the port or Mosaic since they are allready hauling. Dillon pays $47 for q sulfur vs $25(CTL). You can haul 4-5 per day up to 6 days. Not sure about the acid hauling but have heard it's $220-$250 per day. I've got Dillon's recruiting # if anyone needs it -

Landshark, you're more of a regional driver aren't you? My skepticism was based on the dedicated run that they would be involved in, but it seems there's a truth in it which is a good thing. Florida needs more good paying jobs.

I will say this
Dillon is everything I said I would NEVER work for.
1. Castrated trucks
2. ELogs
3. Super singles all the way around.
I didn't believe their CL's add either.
Glad I checked them out. I have never been happier or made as much money as I have with them.
just be carefull the stuff we haul WILL hurt you bad if you don't think safety first. -
Went to work for Dillon Transport out of Tampa starting last week,So far so good.
They have an ad on craigslist, or check out their website. They need a Lot of drivers for their new contract,so it would not hurt for you to check them out. -
They have nice equipment and it's good that someone got in there on that contract and are actually paying their drivers a living wage, unlike CTL.

I'm looking to start with CTL Tanker/Hazmat out of School. Already contacted their recruiter and they need OTR Drivers. OTR I will start @.30cpm loaded and empty. Training is 3-6 weeks.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
