No Solo Drivers Being Hired Oregon

its that time of year.......

 

Why would you want to work for them if you live in Oregon? You've got Gordon, Market, Lessors (just started hiring there, APU's inverters, etc) interstate, oldland, a & m in Glendale..... There's so many better choices living in Oregon than working for a US Xpress.

 

YES. you guys in the Northwest have it made when it comes to better companies. Trust me on this. You've got so many better options. Giltner isn't a bad company, I've heard May isn't too bad. I run for Lessors, we just bought out Motor West there in Caldwell. Try them. You've got to remember #1. You're gonna be hard pressed getting home, #2. You're competing with trainees constantly, not to mention losing every decent load to a team and so on. Bigger doesn't mean better. I plan on moving out to Oregon pretty soon. There is no way is ever work for a southern based company again.not knocking southerners, I've just never had a good experience with them.

 

Are Motor West still only running 7 western or do they have a choice to go 48 states now?

I'm not sure. This is a new thing. I'm sure after everything is in place the Caldwell drivers will be able to go 48.

I am starting with Express next week..They told me that they werent doing any hiring west of I-35 now at all.
