Due to the high logbook violations at DOT inspections, a audit is being done and will be made to go to EOBRs. Don't know of a dated.

Who is making you ? FMCSA can't mandate it . It would have to be a decision made by company owners or pressure from an insurance company .

last I heard, only those with a bunch of log violations were being made to go to e-logs. the rest of us who manage our paper correctly dont have to worry about being forced onto e-logs.
Of course, that may change.....but it is what I last heard.

Without a 24hr dispatch.and moving alot of brokered loads. They will def have to change the Montana dispatch mindset.I can see elogs working fine with the right company.I hope we can get back to doing alot more terminal drops like we used to do.
