Bunk heater wouldn't light last night. Idled for a while, got it nice and toasty in there then shut her down and climbed in my sleeping bag. Woke up this morning freezing...started the truck and went back to bed. I woke up a little while later because the truck shut off. DPF light was flashing...had to do a parked regen...fuel mileage is just getting worse :biggrin_25510:

Started the truck yesterday morning after sitting for two nights. It was about 12 degrees so it cranked a bit slow, started, died, started, died and then finally ran. This set a fault code and engine light went on. I knew there wasn't a problem so I drove it to the consignee last night.

Once I put in my empty this morning at 6:50 I get a message that I'm scheduled for a PM in Madison. Seems the truck had sent out an SOS to maintenance. So I called the shop and told them what had happened and they told me to cycle the key a bunch of times to see if it would clear, and sure enough it did.

So if you didn't know this as I didn't, clear the codes ASAP or you are going to get pulled off the board and routed to the shop.
