If anyone can, PLEASE post, upload, or comment the old rules and regulations they know of! I remember reading a rule in an old Commercial Driver handbook of rules & regs that stated "every driver is to be given 15 minutes to update their status of duty change whenever asked to surrender their logs for an inspection" also "Drivers are hereby designated to administer first aid in EMERGENCY situations until first responders arrive". Of course, this was all PRE- FMCSA!
