No-Touch Freight?

    I've heard Central is mostly no-touch freight. Is this true? If not, what percentage of loads are no-touch?

    Rarely would you have to unload your own frieght. A lot of companies don't even let drivers on the docks any more. Plus not having a fork lift certification, or your own hand jack, makes it more difficult.
