Breakdown!!! Not to happy. Since November I have been to the little rock twice and Madison once everytime I tell them I need then to put air in my drive tires and they need to be looked at. But do they no!! So now its gotten worse. I don't think it would be smart riding with 80 psi in one drive and 95 in another drive tire. So got to a ta and the guys said he had to dig a few nails out of one, but had three bad valve stems one tire sencer was jacked up. The reason im mad is cause I never complaine and i try to be nice and just go on but the mechanics just think im a dumb trucker or something now im breakdown.

I use Maverick shops as a last resort. Just my experance after driving a truck that broke down every 10k miles for a year.

Freightliner would be last resort, Maverick next to last and TA first choice. What I do is go inside and find out if they can work on it right away if they can then I send in my 36 and tell them where I am. Also, I try to do it at the end of the day so I don't loose too much time. That is if its something that can wait like a tire or PM. And get a ultra one card for points. If you are getting a fair amount of work done they will give you a free shower sometimes if you ask. They have even bought me lunch one time.

I had my first Maverick shop experience in Gary last week. I was there for a scheduled service and mentioned a trailer air leak and I they could look at it. Was told they didn't have time. They also didn't have time to fix my chipped windshield or bother to latch my hood that started bouncing open when I crossed some rr tracks once I left the yard!

The Gary shop is ALWAYS busy, and I have heard that it is maybe the best one. But its the only one I have had to take my trucks to.

Just tell them you are friends with Sewerman and you'll get the VIP. Private drivers lounge, cigar, back rub and a hair cut if you need.
