I used them(interstate) for a speeding ticket in California on the advice of RickG, it worked out well for me, it was thrown out. You may have a little more trouble but I would recommend them too. Like someone else said, your post isn't very clear.

15 over the posted speed, in a commercial motor vehicle, is the same as reckless, per FMCSA. The speed limit for trucks, in that area has been 55 for years as has the lane restriction. Your lawyer needs to look at the laws concerning Commercial Driver's Licenses, not regular driver's licenses.
If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.DocHoliday, skootertrashr6 and Leftlane101 Thank this. -
Yea just cuaght in the wrong place at wrong time...

Last speeding ticket I received, I was able to get dismissed over the phone. I don't think you will be so lucky. The speeding ticket before that cost me $100 to the attorney and $126 for the plea deal of a parking ticket.
Call a local lawyer and have them plea it down. Be happy if the attorney gets them down to two parking tickets. The attorney should cost about $300, plus the tickets. Plan to spend at least $800 for doing the wrong things.
I drive the speed limit in town just to irritate drivers like you

I agree that a good Attorney will get it dismissed or at the very least a non moving violation.
I have always found that local Lawyers can do wonders because they know the DA,Judges,ect....
I would fight it for sure though. A wreckless charge would kill your driving career and imagine what your insurance rates will do.
Tell the lawyer exactly what the cop stated "I hate truck drivers".......
Well, most truck drivers hate cops! I'm afraid me being blunt like i am i would have told him that too......lol!
Good luck! I'm sure a good Attorney will get rid of it.
I got pulled one night and the Cop asked if i knew how fast i was going. I said Nope, sure don't! My speedo only reads up to 85 mph......Boy he gave me a look!
That ticket was dismissed after a 500 dollar attorney fee.
I have to run through Knoxville 4 times next week....i better be keeping my eyes open!

There is a right time and place to get caught, rookie? Slow down and stay in the lanes that you are supposed to and you will eliminate the problem and keep more money in your pocket. More importantly, you will keep your CDL clean and that CDL is your livelyhood.NavigatorWife Thanks this.

Also, every time I get pulled over or have any reason for a officer to talk to me in my truck, I'm taking video with my phone. I hope to have a dash cam soon.
-
Yea lets hope a good attorney geta rids of it... if not ill be flippin burgers at macdonalds...
-
In the opinion of the officer, he got caught in the wrong place at the correct time. Which is even worse if he gets paid by the hour.

Or a job taking care of homeless people at the Salvation Army shelter.
