So your saying no o/o is making that much?
-
Am asking about NET not GROSS
-
That would be correct.
-
I just love all the responses saying you can't net that as an owner operator. Why not?
-
I'm not saying you can't NET $1800 in a week. I'm saying you can't average that over 52 weeks. However, this is a statement that may not apply to a niche market. If anyone who hauls general freight can prove me wrong I will gladly admit I'm wrong.
-
So to get the story str8. You are saying a o/o with own authority net is less than $93,600 -
Can you prove otherwise?
-
I can't because I have never owned a truck. If you do explain it then.
-
I have owned, have friends that own, & have read many O/O threads from others who have & do own their own truck. Both leased & independent O/Os & none can say they make that much as a NET income. It is very doable to average $20k - $60k NET. Some in a niche market may do a little better than $70k NET as an average.
Again, I be more than happy to be proven wrong.
