Acert water pump is gear driven. Same with S60 detroit. Don't have to remove the fan for either one. If it cold outside it won't get anywhere near heating over.
Broken belt

That's good news. Will try it this weekend. thanks for the response.

I appreciate your response. I will pick up the belt tomorrow and work on it this weekend.

POwer steering pump should be gear driven too I believe. Find another truck or another car to jump your batteries to charge them before you go any where. Run with as many electrical accessories off as possible, no A/C, no lights, radio, etc. Just use common sense!

10 dash 4. Buy an extra for the sidebox.

Definately get and extra of each belt, they are not too hard to change. When feeding it around the fan, some can be a really tight fit, it depends on how close the fan is to the radiator. It helps to turn the belt inside out so the smooth side of the belt is against the fan blades, this way the belt ribs don't keep getting caught on the fan. Once you get it one, double check form both sides that it's sitting in the pulleys right before you crank it over.

You are correct.
My mind is not in the truck today as I have distractions in the house keeping me out of it. -
