I happen to know of a few drivers looking to sell theirs. I also know of a BCO looking to hire a driver for his second truck and he's on these forums. I believe his name is Fireba11

I have been looking around on this website trying to find out how life will be with elogs. i have always used paper logs and now am switching to a company that is elog. I think I will be ok with them, but the one thing I have really gotten used to over the years is being able to take a nap during the day.How is this going to happen now? Also, are the shippers and receivers being held accountable for all of the down time? What happens if the hold-over time at a dock causes you to miss an appointment? No more "creative logging"!

There is no "technical" about it. Because of those drivers who run like this is why there are e-logs. If you cant plan your day around e-log and make money then either you are not what you thought or your dispatcher isnt dispatching you correctly, oh wait, YOU are the dispatcher! If you run your logs legal then there is no reason NOT to get e-log.. Stop skirting the fact those that dislike e-logs have problems running their loads to a well planned method.

Not to get on poster but there is no "technical" to anything, it is either right or wrong..

Since I have come here to LS, from Stevens where we have e-logs, I was determined to have one in my truck here also. I have yet to run over 2k mi in any single week. BUt those miles are QUALITY miles versus the old QUANTITY miles I used to run. I am liking it much more here with less wear and tear add the stress level is way lower.

LSAgentOZR and Boss Hoss Thank this.

E-log's do not warrent ''safe drivers''...That's like saying banning assault weapons will stop people from killing....They have much research that ''e-logs'' DO NOT make a driver safer nor better than the guy running paper logs....Get the facts right about e-logs...
