Their pay is based solely on experience and longevity. That means if a driver has five years of experience but he got that experience from working at 10 different companies because he didn't stay with any company for very long, of course his starting pay at Jim Palmer is going to be on the low side.

Check out postings by Filmz 1776 on You Tube and Facebook, he left Watkins Shepherd for Decker and is now auto transport. He posted quite a bit and would be good for Decker info.
