Not outlaw. the extra broad get .5 mile more over bid runs. average pay is 1.12 to 1.20 you will not get rich but it is steady work. Not a lot of miles. The only way is to run the extra broad.

I drive for an O/O for this company.

Same BS as any other mega carrier. They got about 750 trucks, I think half are O/O trucks.
E-logs in all company trucks, Trip Pack scanning, orientation is long and grueling. Company trucks are governed at 62mph.

That's about all I can tell you. I'm on a dedicated run so I only call dispatch when I absolutely have to, to let them know I've delivered, and when I pick up and drop.

Been at Rush for almost 3 years. I did orentation in Louisville Ky, was 1 day had 4 drivers 1 O/O 3 company. As mentioned before Trucks governed at 62 E-logs. My biggest problem is I run Spring Hill Tn to Washington Park IL (Drop yard). I load first dock 19:00 second dock 20:30. This puts me at shipper about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. with 672 mile round trip it don't take long to realize that I have to run non stop and hope nothing unexpected to complete run.

I came to Rush due to being promised greater hometime. The pay for company is .33 (or was when I started.) As far as accepted if it the same as was for me if you pass road test you are hired. I am considering buying my own truck due to fact o?) keep pushing me off lanes and I am tired of never knowing from one week to next what time or lane I will be on.
