I meet guys who have just gotten their company truck every week.
I see a lot of used t700 lined up east of the shop, maybe they are getting ready to go.

I would agree with Pete too. If you can stand to make 40 then keep learning the system out on the road until you get a truck.

I knew TransAm wasn't a company for me based on one conversation with one driver. He was convicted of obstruction of justice and felony accessory to murder a few years back. I wouldn't want to be in a team situation with him. When I was sleeping, if he crashed the truck and killed me he'd probably ditch my body and claim ignorance.

TransAm seems much different than they were back in 06'-07' when I drove for them. I loved it there!

I don't understand your point: Wow! An extra 10k per year with you paying for everything! Does it matter if you are paying for everything if at the end of the day you net $10K more? This is the biggest joke argument against leasing : I'm not going to pay everything for the company, why should I pay for their new truck? Who gives a crap as long as at the end of the year you are netting more cash for yourself driving the same miles as a company driver.

*95% of leases are crap, but not all of them.
*transam does suck, don't think I'm supporting them in what I say

Most o/o's will tell you they are going broke and make less than a company driver. If that's true then TransAm sounds pretty good.

They will be getting my truck back as well. After having me as a lease op sit in Rockwall for 3 full days from Thursday 6 am to Sunday 8am and wanting me to wait on a load till Monday morning.... Having a hometime scheduled 3 weeks in advance for that Monday for a court date to adopt my son.... They finally gave me a deadhead 1000 miles all the way to Florida and did not have a load for me until Thursday evening. I am going to include a pic of my last 5 settlements. Where is the money in this gig? settlements.jpg
