Not looking to ware them all the time but in daytime, clear weather, light traffic it seems like it would not be a problem. Is there a law or regulation against it?
Is there a regulation against waring headphones while driving?

MMM DRIVER and Studebaker Hawk Thank this. -
No clue if it is legal.. I don't really care because I am not stupid enough to do it.. People that do this sort of junk are the same guys sitting on the side of the road with 2 blown out tires or have a major accident because they can't hear the other guy blowing his horn... It is a horrible idea to wear earbuds/headphones or have a sound system in the truck.. There is a reason they do that whisper test when you take a dot physical

Don't do it. I mean why would you want headphones? You're solo, no rider(?) just you...alone. Why would you want to keep what you're listening private. And there's nothing that'll interfere with you hearing the radio. Not being a smartelic but just being realistic.

I'm pretty sure, somewhere in that lil green book it says that you can't. something along the lines of, being able to hear emergency vehicles. I'll dig around later.

You're only allowed to wear headphones in conjunction with fingerless driving gloves.

Do not forget the mirror sun glasses, flip flops with socks as well.

With the cruise control on and your feet on the dash.
