    Well we finished our last day of school and we start orientation on Monday morning. The school was a great experience, and if working for Millis is half as good as school was then this will have been a good choice. I hope the day to day accounts of our class will help anyone who has questions about the school or the experience. Hope to see you guys out on the road.

    They decided that the reason for going to BRF wasn't urgent enough to have to deal with the potential weather they might get(updating some of the training videos and files on the training laptop). Albany is the usual run for the Cartersville night drive so we just did that instead.

    Yeah, I always read albany was the norm. So the only reason in going to BRF was for training software updates. Glad they decided the weather wasn't worth it. You would think they wouldn't even consider that option due to costs.

    when you out whit a trainer do you run as a team or they sit and the jump set most of the time?

    No. Most of the time the student dont have a CDL yet. For atleast the first 2 weeks the trainer has to be on duty in the passenger seat while the student is driving. After you get your CDL then you will run kinda like a team however, most trainers I know won't sleep while the student is driving so its not like you'll be running 24/7.
