Volvo 670 05-07 or 08-10? What to buy?

07 or 10 stay away from 08 Thats when the most dpf problems are

If you get an 07 try to find one with a Cummins eng. The D12 will break your bank. That's my experience anyway...

 

07 is D13 w/o DPF. But early D13 was not problem free, so look for cummins

 

I'm driving an 07 right now. It has a D12, not a D13.

 

07 is a d12 08 d13

 

I'm surprized a bit.... becouse we got D13 in 07, but D12 were all given to Renault. There was D12F engine, it is like D12D but with twin coil injectors and up to 485 HP

 

I would stay away from the 08 and 09 that's the first couple of years the D13 came out and it has a bunch of problems were running into all kinds of issues but I think the 07 is the best option d12 if u take care of it it will take care of u we have 35 d12 and haven't had any major issues they're ranging in mileage from 700 k to 1.7 mil and besides few egr and turbos we haven't had any issues
