I wonder what the rocker bushings and shafts looked like mine were shot ! Just a thought.

That is a respectable list. Is there any warranty on the work?

I second the using a bypass or centrifuge filtration unit on an emission engine. One just plain needs to find a way to cut down on the soot in those engines. Really, that applies to any engine, even pre-emission. And getting that EGR deleted, if possible, the next step. Both can be done on a Detroit for a cumulative cost of less than $1000, and will pay for itself in fuel mileage savings alone in a few months, and add greatly to the life of that engine.

Mr. Coy Transport.
Please be aware that the 2007 series 60 engine is not just An egr motor. this motor also has a catalyst and a DPF. In addition, the 2007 series 60 uses a DDEC 6 ecm. If you were interested in having tuning done this would be fairly difficult at the time as people are just beginning to gain the capability of tuning them. -
This is true, but 2007 models pre-ordered in 2006 were built without regen. So it is very possible to find 2007 models that are still EPA 04 engines. The company I used to work for pre-ordered over 900 2007 trucks in 2006 to avoid the regens.

That is very interesting. do you know if the preordered trucks were ddec6 electronics?
