So after your 8 month contract you wanna work for tmc huh.Flatbedding is hard work, what makes you wanna do that and why not just find a flatbed company to do your training and do a contract with them? How do you feel about having a male trainer.Sure you can request a female trainer but sometimes you may not have that option. But then again since CRST is a team operation you probably will team with a female. You want a company that values their drivers huh, good luck with that. You won't find that at crst or any starter company for that matter.Otherwise they would'nt have such a high turn over rate.So once you get qualified and good to drive without help are you going to be able to handle teaming for the next 8 months with crst and the very low pay?I know we all have to start somewhere but some companies are truely bottom of the barrell companies.QUOTE=Flowrider;3172557]im a new student driver wanting a long career that i put off for so long looking for honest advice....please[/QUOTE]
