Thanks condo! My pa always said "it takes all kinds ". I wonder why it takes those kinds, like the ones you had a run in with.

There are definitely some screwy people out there. I have had them flip me when I had my 78 Mercury Marquee a while ago, I still don't know what I did to them.

It is a shame that cameras are the way to go. It would have been nice to have had one and gotten a shot at the tag on the car and then have someway to download it to the highway patrol for that state.

My husband had a truck pull this stunt on him awhile ago, the pacing him and slowing up and down. It made some other truckers behind mad and they were going to box him in but didn't get a chance to and then the truck decided to pull off on the side of the road. Idiots out there.

Yes navwife there're alot of seemingly unstable people on the road. I have been lucky compared to some of the "are you kidding me " posts that I have read here. I do get the itch for OTR some days when the log landings are screwed up or the mills are slow but I'm home every night and usually have the road to myself or at least with other professional drivers.

That is good, but you must really be in the sticks if there is no other traffic out there. I guess I never realized how rotten people can be as drivers and even truck drivers. We are from the Gary, IN area originally and you know how many trucks there are up in that area.

I choked on the water I was drinking when I read that!

Sorry, I know that this situation wasn't a laughing matter. You handled it professional and tactfully and thankfully it ended well.

    Stay safe out there!

    woody71 Thanks this.

The DUI situation in my neck of the woods is a little bit on the ridiculous side. Go in almost any tavern around here and you would be shocked at the amount of pseudo drunk driving lawyers touting their knowledge, if that's what you wanna call it. Not a whole lot to do around here.
