Nocona Transport in Wichita Falls, Texas is a ripoff.

That rate of pay why leave home to go hungry? Exactly!! Getting on board with Nocona was a HUGE mistake!! I'm a new driver, only been driving OTR 3.5 years, was in construction for 28+ years and got laid off in Florida. Then got a descent driving job but it got slow, and saw Nocona's ad and thought it was a great deal that I would get 72% of the load, but was also thinking something was wrong when he wanted me to start work with him so fast. He must be losing drivers left and right! Never applied wih a leasing company before and never will again! And I laugh when Noconatrans says "Driver did not give it near enough time to work out, but how about just moving on with your life & stop trying to mess with everyone else's.. Fuel & lease is not free, you seem to think it is. I have a ton of drivers that do very well here, lets face it, it was never for you in the 1st place, you clearly do not understand how it all works.. Its ok tho, we've moved on, so should you." My response, is.....I gave it too much time!!! Three weeks without a paycheck is too much time and I got the names of several of your former drivers who quit too because they were starving!!! And DUH, there should be some money for the driver AFTER the fuel and lease is paid! Oh yeah, that money left over went into your pocket, that's why you and your wife have that huge house and those huge expensive personal vehicles while your drivers starve!! I'm not moving on because I don't want any other new drivers to fall for your crap and I want you to go out of business......unless you pay your drivers what you promise to pay them and stop stuffing it all in your pocket! There's got to be some good people out there who pay their drivers what they promise. If you drivers out there know of any, let me know who they are. There's no guarantee that my company won't ever have a contract dispute again and slow down. Now I know that lease deals are really fleece deals.......especially with NOCONA!!!!!
