    You'll be OK.

Take 95 North New Jersey Tpke out of Hainesport to the George Washington bridge.
Over the GW upper level and take 87 North (Major Degan Expressway) right after you cross the Hudson River.
87 North to 287 west to White Plains.
From White Plains take 287 West to I-95 south to Throgs Neck Bridge. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING THAT SAYS PARKWAY LIKE HUTCHISON RIVER PARKWAY Sprain Brook Parkway.
Over the TN bridge stay in middle lane and bear left, take Clearview Expwy (NO CROSS ISLAND PARKWAY) to I-495 East (Long Island Expressway) to Holbrook, aad your all set.

If you do not have EZ Pass bring a few hundred dollars for tolls.

OK I just saw Union Man's post and if you don't mind running more miles (you will save $ on tolls) the way he is sending you to White Plains will be less stressfull. More miles but less tolls. The GW bridge route is shorter but more traffic and more $.

your total time will depend on what time you leave holbrook. if you can pass the lie/bqe split by 2 you shouldn't have too bad a time getting over the verrazano. usually anything past 3 and you'll sit.

    where in hainesport?
the reason i ask is my old co.'s yard was in hainesport.

I have to say that I do admire and respect you men and women that play on the big roads and in the big cities. I read the directions the other posters gave you and just shake my head.
The worst it gets for me is "drive down the dirt road until it ends, then turn left, put your chains on because they haven't plowed in a while. Drive through the woods till you see somone. They will give you directions to the log pile". Much respect!
