Also whoever leases, what is your average net/take home pay per week? Just trying to see if its worth it. I would go company my first 6months to get use to it. I like to keep running, hate sitting so if its worth it, I think I could make good money

Last I heard was only 6mos company as long as you dont come to Maverick as a student. Secondly they are only leasing 2010's right now. I dont know exactly what the payoff is but I think somewhere in the neighborhood of $16k?? Could be less but pretty sure not any higher. However I have been wrong before lol. We are paid percentage. Search for my thread about leasing here at Maverick. Ive posted quite a bit of info over the ast couple years about the lease and various details. Lastly, and please dont be offended,I really think at this point you dont have the experience to go lease and be successful. I personally tell folks minimum a years experience but preferably 2 to even have a decent chance for success for most drivers.

Thanks Dan! Trust me I won't take it personal, I actually prefer the honesty and truth. I will take any advice from from any experience driver and/or people that done it a while. Main reason I want to drive for maverick, they actually care and respect the drivers, they are honest (sick of my company's lies and little games they play and don't care at all about the drivers). I rather just hear the cold hard truth then a bs lie, but anyways that's what I hear that maverick is a great company to work for when I run Into and talk to some of the maverick drivers, plus the are nice and stand up guys. Also see post on here how good the company is.

There are times when the company does some goofy stuff, and it may feel like a game. But they really are good people here.
And on the off chance that it is a game, at least at Maverick, both the driver and the company start with the same number of piecessewerman Thanks this. -

Ran into a guy last week that started his lease. A 2010 with 360,000 miles on the truck the cost of the truck was 71000 dollars. I thought maverick price for the truck was very reasonable and in line with market. Not like some companies that over price their truck like heck.
