Yes they are better than Werner, but that's not saying a lot. If you do things the way they want you to you'll actually be able to bring home more money than you eat up on the road. But that means you'll be teaming for the first 6 months of your truckin career. Not that that's a bad thing LMAO.

I work for USX so ill tell you a little about them

 

Well it really depends on if the company keeps going down hill or not, they seems to be on some kind of firing spree. I went home to tunnel hill and half the people were gone in the office, then i go home three weeks later and half the people everywhere else are gone. They closed the lexington NC terminal and gave people at tunnel hill a raise, only to trun around and fire half of the staff. colton CA yard is also closed now, USX is a good starter company even after all my ######## , i wanted to say here but they pay on a sliding pay scale and after a year you get 2 cents to your low pay and 1 cent to you mid pay and your high stays the same. Just remember it is a STARTER company, the only way you will cap out at USX is if you stay for 13 yrs and cap pay is 43 cents a mile.
