I've been running them for about 200,000 miles and and they have done alright. One is showing signs of being defective with poor wear patterns compared to the rest but that can happen with any tire. Never had a SS blow and have only had one dual ever blow, I keep an eye on my tires constantly. I haven't had any problem with them on snow or ice personally and I see ice a lot since I drive at night 95% of the time. Just have to slow down like you would no matter what kind of tire you run. When I first had them, I did notice that they would get thrown around in a badly grooved road, but it doesn't seem to happen anymore. That could be me just being used to it now though and not noticing, I'm not sure.

I have gotten stuck in the snow dropping a trailer once in a drop yard but so was everyone else in there. We were all having to chain up to get out bobtail.
