Truck running sluggish ,slow accelerating. Can't really hear that boost but the boost is there. Truck feels kind of lazy when accelerating. Code popped at first as 128:F05,Sid081_A then later came as 136:F05,Sid081_A.It threw that code and I'm trying to find what that code is. Bad fuel maybe, exhaust press sensor. Can anyone please help me!!

Cummins codes are , I think , 3 digits . I did a quick web search , and the first 3 numbers of your 2 fault codes , are not listed. May be an international code. You may have to ask the Cornbinder shops what those codes are.
From what you have described , I'd check your CAC first. What's your boost pressure ? If its under 30 , its probably your boots.

Cant say I'm surprised by that ! Do you Know if they checked the Charge Air Cooler , and the Rubber Boots , for Leaks Under Pressure ? That's a pretty simple test , should be an hours labor , and will give you a starting point.
If you can find a good , independent shop, one that has INSITE on a notebook , he can hook up , and it'll tell him what's wrong . And , if he's willing , you can take him for a short trip , couple miles , with a loaded trl. , and he'll be able to see your boost pressure , along with a number of other things. Again , shouldn't cost more than an hours labor , plus a charge for using INSITE.
On an 06 ISX , there are many things it Could be. How many miles on the engine , and how many of those miles have you run her ? The VGT turbos are good for about 400,000 miles, then need to be replaced. They are not cheap .

The LCD display does not show codes properly and should never be used for any trouble shooting. You will need to get Insite connected to see what the code is.

I got 670k on it. I ve ran her from 300k. Got new EGR 2 years ago.,egr cooler, turbo and waste gate 2.5 years ago. I used to have problem similar to this couple years ago,but it didnt throw out a code at all.it was even pullin worst then now. It resulted in failed Exhaust pressure sensor. Replace it and it was running smooth after that. Only code showing on there now is 136:F05,Sid081_A, but used to show 128:F05,Sid081_A. I'll try to yank out that exh press sensor tomm and try to clean it to see if it even does a little of difference,if it does I'll put new one on. Gotta leave for MN Tuesday morning . I 've got an oversize to run.

The 136 means it is from the ABS system.

Do not rely on the LCD for codes. The LCD display does not show codes properly. You will need to connect Insite to it to see what the actual code is.
