I hope this never stops, should be on one of the late night comedy shows!

 

I thought I had it bad when my trainer had a habit of acting out the audio books he listened to while driving. Thank the Lord Almighty that 50 Shades Of Grey didn't exist back then.

 

Sounds like a fun guy.

All these horror stories are going to make me change my mind about trucking.

Not all trainers and student are like the ones discussed here. Being a truck driver is one of the most enjoyable and self gratifying careers out there. I tell any and all prospective driver and student to give a real shot. Also do not buy into the negative attitudes of some of the other drivers who just live for nothing other than to start junk.

 

Well you saw it on my favorite forum first. I would say more, but I can't stop laughing.

 

Oh, thanks for that. I was worried it wasn't worth it in the end. Good to see someone who enjoyed driving for a living, i think I will too.

 

I enjoyed it so much that after being off the road for six years I am going back to it.

 

You have missed your calling! I only got as far as the second day of orientation before I decided what I was seeing in Atlanta (almost exactly what you saw) was enough and I hit the door. F the DAC report, way too many reputable companies responded positively to me deciding to ditch the blue bizatch. Seems they appreciate that one has enough sense to escape the rolling wrecks. Now if someone could tell those guys to Swing Wide It's a ####### Truck the road might be a little bit safer!
