What brand trailer do you have?
What style plug is in the light?
What light is in the socket right now?
Are you just replacing a turn only light?
I just did the opposite of you, and put in Red's in place of ambers, on a trailking lowboy. Having amber turns and amber flashers going at the same time made the turn signals disappear, since they were so close to each other. I think it looks nicer with the red's.TURKER Thanks this. -
I like Grotte

I have 53' MAC flatbed lites are 4" red I did not take a part to see the connection. Some one told me that continius signal lites need straight hot wireing????

If you are looking to put in a strobe type light, yes you would need continuous power. A flashing LED strobe could be used in place of the single flash turn signal light, and get a quad strobe or double strobe, while the signal gets power. Wouldn't be continuous fast flash, but should get more attention.
TURKER Thanks this. -
Are strobes allowed as turn signals?

NO, strobes as warning lights only.Semi Crazy Thanks this.
