    How could anyone miss the sign for the reduced weight limit on the Pawtuckett bridge.It was the size of a billboard.

    I heard they removed the weight limit from the pawtuckett bridge? I never crossed it because I never had to, but I heard they did away with it...

    They changed the confusing signage after thousands of drivers got tickets. I was about #7000. Over 10,000 drivers got fined. My fuel desk didn't even know. Plus I watched two drivers coming the other way. Do a forum search if you want to read the details.

    i got a fine and couldnt pay it so they let me use the ticket as a licence till i made arrangements to pay fine.

    Did you donate to the Village of Manhattan IL too? I even showed the city cop my rand mcnally carriers atlas and she just laughed and said throw it away. I called RM to let them know their map was mistaken, but 6 months later the 2013 book came out showing the same route still staa approved.
