Im having problems with my 07 headlights! I CAN'T SEE BUT 10 feet in front of me! Where can I find new head lights at a good price or is there a way to take them apart & clean the inside of them?

I don't know if this is a good price or not, but Truck Country in Oak Creek, WI had new headlight assemblies for Volvo for $329 each, while the new ones for a Cascadia are $219.

They get damaged in collisions as well as getting the cataract condition.

Have you tried aiming them? Once they are aimed properly they work great!

Try taking 1600 grit or finer sand paper wet sand them if hazy and buff them by machine or hand with rubbing compound getting finer each time make lens look new again.

Well, if it is that "cataract condition" from oxidation, I know turtle wax makes a product that i used on my car lenses at home. Worked pretty well. Now, with the way that truck headlight covers can get, I am certain it would take quite a bit of sanding in order to get them clear again using the turtle wax product

polishing lamps do not solve the problem fully. remove glass with heat gun, remove low beam projector and take it apart. Look for shop to resilver it abd be happy. Put HID in low beam projectors for longer life

My 2007 780 has had occasional issues with the plexiglass headlight covers becoming opaque. The options were $300 plus shop time to replace each one or to purchase a simple $30-$40 kit at Walmart (it is by 3M, don't know the part number but you'll find it in the automotive section) which fixes them up to factory finish in an hour or so if you're careful. Easy choice for me.

Well on mine the the adjustment screw broke! The inside of the lenses is very dull, yellowish! I know that the back plastic round covers are missing so that has a lot to due to them being dirty!
