Well if he was 13 over, that might get spendy.
Officer has the choice to pull permit or not. Depends on the state you happen to be in.
His safety dept. may not be to happy with him when they find out though. -
Maybe in your neck of the woods, but, not around here. Only get the 55mph limit when you hit 150,000-pounds or more.

He has the same safety dept as you. If he was really big and heavy, I would say that the 13 over would be the lesser of two evils, as a permit voiding would be thousands of dollars in fines. But 9'6? Which is worse...13 over or a 9'6 bootleg? BTW, safety already knows. -
