Thank you for all the help. I have just started the app process with prime with no cdl. I have been reading as much as I can on what to expect and how to make this process flow smoothly. On a plus I do know they have been calling to verify my employment history.

 

Keep in mind that they will verify everything, and there is very little that can't be worked around if they hear it from you first. So, be sure to disclose everything up front; if there's something that would disqualify you outright, it's better to find that out before you commit to anything.

 

North East Regional covers from Maine to Pennsylvania to Virginia.

Hubby is NE regional. He's also been out to MO, OK, NC, OH. The past 3 weeks they've had him everywhere outside of NE. He even went to Nebraska. He has a lightweight and is a solo company driver. You only get the NE bonus when you are in those states. Outside of those states your CPM would be 5 cents less.

 

you do have a choice. you have to volunteer to be in the NE you just wont get the extra 5cpm

Ask my former trainee, company reefer driver, who lives in PA, if he got a choice.
